Vehicle repairs could take anywhere from 2 days to 3 weeks depending on the hail damage and if your vehicle needs to visit the body shop.  If the damage can be removed by using paintless dent repair techniques, then your car should be completed quickly.  In the meantime, you might not need to rent a car while yours is getting repair and your insurance company may pay for this or sometimes your auto hail repair shop will have a loaner for you.
